Order cancellation
If the online order has been completed but the product has not been shipped yet and you want to cancel it you can call at 00302310517895 and one of our partners will cancel your order. After the telephone conversation is made you must send us an e-mail or the cancellation fax with the details of the order without the need to state the reasons for the cancellation of the order.
Return products
You have the right to return the products you bought, or to request their exchange with another product or products up to the amount of the price you have paid or with an additional price if you wish, within ten days of receiving the product. The return is made without having to tell us the reason. In this case, only the direct cost of returning the products is borne by you. Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, ie they have not been unsealed or their packaging has been tampered with, together with the retail receipt or the corresponding consignment note if it is an invoice.
The return of the products must be preceded by sending an e-mail to info@starteg.gr or telephone contact. To avoid your own inconvenience, it is good to carefully check at the time of delivery of your order the condition of the products sold and their packaging intact, in order to identify any obvious defects (eg broken goods, wrong type, etc.) .
